CHR Modern Dance was founded in 2004. The vibrant dance club has since staged and performed in various places. The club also took part in SYF 2005 in the International Dance Category and achieved a Bronze award. In 2006, the club has participated in DanceWorks competition and also performed for Singapore Dance Theatre for Ballet Under the Stars.

In 2007, the group has done the school proud by achieving a Bronze award again.
